After more than 15 years in Human Resources, leading teams across industries like beauty, food service, construction, and retail, I noticed something consistent: small and medium-sized business owners often care deeply about their people but don’t always have the time, tools, or team to manage HR the way they’d like to. That realization inspired me to start Lumina HR Studio — a place where I could help growing businesses strengthen their culture, simplify HR processes, and create workplaces where people genuinely want to show up and contribute.​ 

 

I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years — Operations Manager, Senior HR Leader, Change Management Leader, and now Consultant. My sweet spot is helping leaders uncover blind spots, design people strategies that actually work, and navigate change with confidence.
